Police: Man arrested over online DCF threat
A St. Johnsbury man has been arrested on suspicion of writing a threatening message on Facebook that targeted the Department for Children and Families and the public, St. Johnsbury police say.
Note: Don't make threats. You will loose the element of surprise.
