This is sad and very unfortunate. Dhs,cps,bill johnson all played a roll in this baby death and to me bill johnson should have been Fired for that mistake. This is way a man in Lansing mci superintendent shouldn't have a job!!!! This women should have her children back. I'm sure that child would be still living. Missing little Ricky.
