Family Reunification Day celebrates children's return home

The majority of children who are removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect and placed into foster care are able to return safely to their families. King County Family Reunification Day, will be held June 29 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. at Seattle's Pacific Science Center (with reception to follow), celebrates the efforts made by families to safely bring children back home after they have been in foster care.
