Another Anonymous Submission

Some states require you to verbally inform the other party that you will record phone conversations if you plan to submit it as legal evidence. Consult your local District Attorney to find out how your state handles recordings of phone conversation submitted as legal evidence. They may even be able to provide guidelines you can use to record phone conversations in the future.

I highly recommend recording everyone involved if it is legal within your state. It has proven invaluable here in Arizona as Parents record CPS workers, case managers, physicians and other professionals. Arizona is a “one-party consent” state. This means that as long as one party in the conversations knows then recording is ok.
Some parent’s actually have recordings of doctors and CPS workers threatening them.
