The Indiana Department of Child Services is trying to have Gary Shirley‘s daughter Leah removed from his custody and relocated, HollyBaby.com has learned exclusively, following Gary’s arrest May 25 for driving with a suspended license. “A petition for review of placement has been filed with [an Anderson, Indiana] court,” Gary’s attorney, Jeff Lockwood, confirms.
